Audiences Yorkshire Conference 06

audienceyorkshire

Last minute stand-in gig.

(UK) I just returned from Audience Yorkshire Conference 2006, in Leeds, after being asked to stand in for a speaker who couldn’t attend. I did a mash-up of the MediaSnackers youth professionals training and delivered two 55 minute sessions on young people and youth media.

The attendees were great and really generous in their response—thank you if you were one of them and hope to be delivering some training for you guys soon.

DK was an interesting and engaging speaker who delivered a very practical and useful session on using new technologies to attract a youth audience. DK knows his subject inside out and we have had excellent feedback from the delegates who attended.
