I’m glad I read your ebook, ZATHOSM! I found it entertaining and filled with very useful advice not just for newbies but also for those who use social media professionally. I particularly liked the chapter on, “The how is more important than the what.” It runs contrary to the usual advice on writing, which focuses on stating goals, ideas, or the “What.” I admit that I thought this was correct. But your suggestion to focus on the “How” opens up other possibilities for me. I think it’s subtle yet effective in engaging online AND real time audiences. So thanks guys, and great work!

    Fave chapter huh?

Whilst I found a lot of fantastic insights through various chapters the one that really worked for me was “Best”. It clarifies a key point that is becoming more pertinent by the day as more and more opportunities and tools are presented to businesses, organisations, communities, and snackers.

It harks back to the “try before you buy” (even tho it’s often free) and “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mantras where people are often taken by the latest widget/tool/program/opportunity without analysing how effectively it can be applied to their (invariably unique) situation, and their customers needs and wants.

Take your time, do some research, ask questions, discuss, and play…
