Have you ever done a blog post on this? If not, I think it could be time to repackage a few words together sometime about brand tracking 'MS Stylee' and keeping on track of conversations on the web. Either way, there's more leg room in these types of posts than we're leveraging right now... not sure how to better it atm though - will have a think about that.
