The underlying MediaSnackers motto (again).

(WORLD) Loving this cartoon from a Hugh exploring the impact of having such a philosphy.

‘kicking ass’ is too subjective, one mans ‘kick ass’ is another mans…. (fill in the blank)…

we need an official gauge as to what’s ‘kick ass’ or not. Like a ‘kick ass-o-meter’. Perhaps a thumbs up thumbs down rating system for all things potentially ‘kick ass’, but as yet uncertain until the cloud crowd has put enough thumbs up in favour of said ‘kick ass’?

once the ‘kick ass’ has been fully ‘thumbed’ – it goes through to a bonus round, whereby someone could win a prize, like a washing machine.

just an idea – I have more if needed.

I’m loving the gauge of ass kickage – it could be a small boot & a bum and rated in terms of one-to-five…

We’ll talk about this in the next day or so and if anyone else has any ideas feel free to comment…

I’d prefer a traditional circus strongman striking a pressure plate with a big hammer. Not sure if there’s a word for that activity…anyway we could give him Barney’s face (and a huge waxed moustache)

I recently thought of this cartoon when I went to see Kevin Spacey’s ‘Inherit the Wind’ at The old Vic. There is a great line in the play, “Something happens to an Also-Ran. Something happens to the feet of a man who always comes in second in a foot-race. He becomes a national unloved child, a balding orphan, an aging adolescent who never got the biggest piece of candy. Show me a shouter and I’ll show you an Also-Ran. A might-have-been. An almost-was.”

Thanks for taking the time to comment Bruce – great quote-offering.
