Dev Day #3
Getting the gang together.
(GBR) The MediaSnackers development days (dev days) are a great opportunity to connect all eight members of the team to discuss, explore and develop new and existing ideas / operations.
To open I gave my usual review presentation and then using the pecha kucha format, everyone else gave a presentation answering the question: what would they do with MediaSnackers?
Lots of juicy ideas and tasty insights to flavour and develop further…
After lunch we discussed and workshopped many things including:
• website redesign
• proactive project development
• internal training systems.
MediaSnackers is starting to gain a little structure in its operations although I'm very keen to ensure the fluidity that is part of our appeal and which has given us so many opportunities remains.
