Odeo Sucks

Looking for new podcast hosting.
(WORLD) MediaSnackers has been using Odeo since we first started podcasting back in June 2005. We’re now getting close to our 100 mark and Odeo has died. Uploading content, getting on their websites and no response from help tickets have left us feeling totally frustrated.
We’re nice people here at MediaSnackers but stuff like this realy makes us stamp our feet. We have sent a whole bunch of emails (and continue to do so every couple of hours) and left a few comments on their blog. No response. Nothing. Not a zip. And it’s been two weeks people.
Looking round the web other people are having the same issues.
MediaSnackers spends a lot of time talking, delivering training and doing consultancy around new media and technology to a lot of different organisations and brands (see client list)—we used to suggest Odeo but no more.
Fellow Odeo users I encourage you to leave a message on the latest Odeo blog post or contact them direct like I have been doing every couple of hours.
So as we look for an alternative we hope someone from Odeo is paying attention. We’d love to stick with you but first you have to sort out your customer relations and more important your service—maybe divert some time away from Twitter and make sure your first-born is working…
UPDATE: Yesterday, MediaSnackers received an email from Odeo’s President ensuring us the issue would be sorted out —here’s hoping it was a blip in their operations.
